8. Advisory services

As part of our brokerage activities, we provide advice in accordance with Section 6 of the German Insurance Mediation Regulation (Versicherungsvermittlungsverordnung – VersVermV).

9. Type and source of remuneration

Our remuneration as an insurance broker may take the following forms:

• Commission (brokerage fee) included in the insurance premium and paid by the insurance company, or
• a separately agreed fee paid directly by the customer, or
• a combination of both.

The specific remuneration model depends on the customer’s wishes and the insurance product concerned.

10. Transparency note on digital tools

For quality assurance and efficiency, we may use modern software solutions and AI-based tools (for example for text optimisation or document layout). Customer-specific personal data is not processed in these tools.
