WITHDRAWAL FORM

The withdrawal form serves to meet the statutory requirements for contract cancellation pursuant to section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB). It applies exclusively to insurance contracts arranged via www.versicherungsmakler-wiesbaden.de and versicherungsmakler-wiesbaden.com, or otherwise brokered by our brokerage firm. We do not process withdrawals for contracts concluded with third-party providers. Please provide the following details so that we can identify the contract arranged through our brokerage firm which you wish to withdraw from.
